I love one pot meals, although a green salad would go nicely with this wonderful chicken dish. It is incredibly easy to make, in fact, the first time I made it I was in a hurry as I was late back from an appointment and had a friend coming over in just over an hour but it was prepared and in the oven cooking well before she arrived.
I made mine in an oven-proof glass dish. I find the ingredients have less of a tendency to burn and you can put the dish on the table from the oven so everyone can help themselves.
